Water based Rust Converter is a surface treatment for rusted surfaces. It is a unique fast drying milky white polymer coating that is applied to any rusted metal surface in order to prevent rust formed on it. Due to its reactivity to rust and iron it converts rust into stable primer layer which can be over painted.
