The Menachery Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., comprises 11 operating divisions, organized into six key segments as follows:

Materials: Performance Materials, Monomers
Industrial Solutions: Dispersions & Resins, Performance Chemicals
Surface Technologies: Catalysts, Coatings
Nutrition & Care: Care Chemicals, Nutrition & Health
Agricultural Solutions: Agricultural Solutions
This segment structure allows us to manage our businesses effectively in line with market-specific demands and the competitive landscape. It ensures transparency in the performance of our segments, highlighting the significance of our integrated value chains and business success. The operating divisions, service units, regional hubs, research and development, and the corporate center form the pillars of the Menachery Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. organization. This structure fosters customer focus, enhances competitiveness, and supports sustainable growth. Menachery Chemicals Pvt. The divisions hold both strategic and operational responsibilities and are structured based on sectors or products. They oversee 49 global and regional business units and develop strategies for 70 strategic business units.
Five service units provide competitive services for the Papillon Paints Group:
- Global Engineering Services
- Global Digital Services
- Global Procurement
- European Site & Operations Management
- Global Business Services (including finance and controlling, human resources, safety, intellectual property, communications, procurement, supply chain, and in-house consulting services).
Papillon Paints’ regional and national companies represent the group locally, fostering customer proximity and supporting the growth of the operating divisions. For financial reporting purposes, these regional companies are organized into four regions: Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, and South America, Africa, and the Middle East.
Specialized research and development units are integrated into the divisions, while activities with broad relevance are centralized within a dedicated research division. This division operates globally with research centers in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific, enabling us to align our research efforts more closely with customer needs.
The Corporate Center assists the Board of Executive Directors in overseeing the organization. Its responsibilities include strategic tasks across areas such as strategy, finance and controlling, legal affairs, compliance and insurance, taxation, environmental protection, health, safety, and quality, human resources, communications, investor relations, corporate audits, and the Net Zero Accelerator unit.
